Blackmagic Design has just released another new version of its powerful free grading, editing, compositing and audio mastering programme DaVinci Resolve (Studio) 19 for free download - about a month after the last update. This is already the third update following the final release of version 19 of DaVinci Resolve.
Once again, there are numerous new features and improvements, such as support for Blackmagic RAW 4.3 as well as an improved LUT application and support for subframe source parameters when using certain scripting APIs. There are also improvements to the Fusion multimerge tool and proxy generation for ARRI clips.
Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve is now available in version 19.0.3
Here is a complete overview of all the changes in the new version:
- Support for Blackmagic RAW SDK 4.3.
- The input LUT setting is no longer applied to offline reference clips.
- Script APIs for adding clips to the timeline now support source subframes.
- Support for automatic generation of proxies for ARRI image sequences.
- Fixed issues with slow cascaded expressions in the Fusion inspector.
- Fixed issue with media management of embedded AAFs for copies.
- Improved performance for workflow integrations on Apple Silicon.
- General performance and stability improvements.
