In cooperation with ARRI, Bebob has developed the new battery interface B-Mount for particularly power-hungry cameras, which outputs both 12V and 24V voltage. It will be installed in all future Arri cameras and is also intended as a 24Volt standard; the specifications are open to other manufacturers. The B-Mount standard is based on an unversal protocol and is designed for a robust construction. ![]() At NAB, Bebob will be the first manufacturer to launch new B-Mount batteries. First four models are available -- with 86Wh (B90Cine for 445 Euro), 155Wh (B155Cine for 545 Euro) or 294 Wh (B290Cine for 795 Euro) power. A hot-swap version of the B90 is also available for 545 Euros. B-Mount plates for mounting on compatible devices are also available for 95 Euro.
The support of the new B-Mount standard is said to have already been promised by several other manufacturers. ![]() ![]() deutsche Version dieser Seite: B-Mount: Bebob und ARRI entwickeln neue Akku-Schnittstelle für 24 Volt Geräte // NAB 2019 |
