Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve 19.1.1 is here

The major Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve update to version 19.1 with its over 100 new features was just three weeks ago, and now there’s already a new version of Blackmagic&s free grading, editing, compositing, and audio mastering program for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Windows for ARM. The new version mainly brings a host of bug fixes that crept into the last version, so the update is definitely worth it for anyone using Resolve 19.1.

Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve (Studio) 19.1.1 introduces, among other things, the ability to insert clips into the timeline either at the playhead or at the in- and out-points. Additionally, the new version improves system stability when previewing transitions and rendering spherical maps. In the Fusion module, stability when rendering linear B-splines has been enhanced, and in the Color module, timeline thumbnails are now displayed more effectively. On the Fairlight page, both the automation of trim controls and the handling of imported AAF files have been improved. There have also been enhancements to H.265 encoding and H.265 multipass rendering.

Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve Studio is currently cheaper

If you’ve been considering upgrading from the free version of DaVinci Resolve to the Studio version to access additional features like AI tools, multi-GPU support, advanced noise reduction, HDR support, Dolby Atmos, and higher resolutions, now’s the time: thanks to the ongoing

discount promotion for Resolve, the full license for DaVinci Resolve Studio 19 is only €259 instead of €329.

For color graders, the two smallest grading panels are also discounted: the DaVinci Resolve Micro Color Panel now costs €445 instead of €555, and the DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel is €739 instead of €935.
