Unlike Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro is not based on color correction, but on editing. The now quite powerful Lumetri Color Engine was only gradually integrated into the application, which brought new features and/or small changes with each program version. What was still missing for a while compared to Resolve was, for example, continuous color management. For this reason, it is all the more pleasing that a fairly detailed blog post from Frame.io now also addresses the topic. The “Complete 2024 Premiere Pro Color Correction Guide” attempts to explain every aspect of color management in Premiere and guides the reader step by step through the individual stages and their possibilities. It explains both the similarities and differences between the Lumetri Color Panel and the Lumetri Color Effect, the concept of selective/secondary color correction and workflow tips for more effective editing. In short: If you often work with Premiere, you should take the time to skim this Premiere Pro Color Correction Guide at least once to get a comprehensive insight into the current color correction options in Adobe Premiere Pro. We are a little surprised that this is not published by Adobe itself, but as a blog by its subcontractor Frame.io. Compared to Blackmagic, who document their programs extremely extensively with digital manuals and other learning materials, Adobe publishes relatively few - and as far as we know, no more manuals in the classic sense. more infos at bei blog.frame.io deutsche Version dieser Seite: Umfassender Leitfaden zur Farbkorrektur unter Premiere Pro |
