DJI has just unveiled the successor to its Osmo Action camera called Action 2, completely redesigning its action camera concept in a modular way. Thanks to a combination of automatically closing magnetic metal clips and electrical interface surfaces, the new DJI Action 2 can be assembled from several metal cubes that can be stably connected to each other in seconds - see our review of the new DJI Action 2. The central DJI Action camera module also works standalone thanks to integrated memory (approx. 25 GB) and battery, but can be configured modularly with a battery module (that also includes a micro-SD card slot) or a vlogging/selfie module (also with battery and additional touchscreen) as needed. Cleverly, DJI has also adopted the mounting system parts known from GoPro for its new Action 2 camera, while at the same time noticeably simplifying the handling. With a corresponding adapter plate, the familiar Actioncam accessories can thus continue to be used and at the same time the DJI Action 2 can be "clipped" from one shot to another in seconds. The magnetic properties of the DJI Action 2 also enable completely new mounting options - for example, directly on the T-shirt or jacket. For this, a magnetic plate is used, which the user wears under the clothes on a cord around the neck. The Dji Acötion camera is then attached to the clothing from the outside and then holds magnetically invisible mounted directly on the body: Welcome to the first cyborg camera. The new DJI Action 2 also has a lot of internal improvements compared to its predecessor: it now has a 1/1.7" 12 MP sensor, now records 4K at a maximum of 120 fps and has "Horizon Steady", a second stabilization option to the already familiar RockSteady stabilization. Who wants to dive with the DJI Action 2, comes with the solo camera module to a maximum of 10 meters - with the extra available DJI underwater housing are then including additional module up to 60m diving possible. How exactly the new DJI Action 2 works in video practice, you can learn (here) in our slashCAM test. The DJI Action 2 will be available in Europe at the end of November in 2 bundles at the following RRP: DJI Action 2 Power Combo = 399,- EUR DJI Action 2 Dual-Screen Combo = 519,- EUR more infos at bei www.dji.com deutsche Version dieser Seite: DJI stellt modulare Action Kamera - Action 2 - mit innovativer Magnetmontage vor |
