;) DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise. The upper and frontal parts of the body of at least one of the two new models are said to be made of carbon fiber, which will not only make the new models lighter and more durable, but also give them a very special look. The leaked technical information is believed to be only about the new camera module of the Mavic 3 Enterprise (Zoom) - which is said to have a laser-based rangefinder for the range of 3 to 1,200 meters, a 1" CMOS sensor with 24 megapixels with a 3-16x optical zoom (the telephoto lens of the Mavic 3 can only zoom 7x optically) as well as 300x hybrid zoom (this digital zoom, however, comes at the expense of image quality). It is likely that the Thermal model, analogous to the two Mavic 2 Enterprise versions, will have a FLIR/thermal imaging camera instead of a zoom camera, which will allow it to switch between the two viewing modes when used in conjunction with the second camera. ;) New camera on DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise. The Mavic 2 Enterprise models featured some improvements over the consumer models, such as a stronger zoom, more on-board memory, support for special modules, increased data security and self-heating batteries for missions in winter. After all, unlike the consumer versions of the Mavic 2, the two Mavic 3 models already available come standard with an integrated AirSense system that warns of nearby planes and helicopters sending ADS-B signals, helping to detect potential hazards early. ;) Differences between the DJI Mavic 2 Consumer and Enterprise Versions. The following clip - an introduction to the capabilities of the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual and Zoom models - gives an idea of their specific capabilities, which will likely apply to the upcoming Mavic 3 Enterprise models as well: It is very likely that, as with the Mavic 2 Enterprise, DJI will also offer modules for special applications, such as a searchlight (for night search missions), a speaker (for communicating with people on the ground), or a collision warning light for better visibility in the dark (for example, to avoid collisions with other drones during night missions). There is a leaked photo of the Mavic 3 Enterprise&s top cover, which shows both a cutout for an interface (apparently USB-C) for expansion modules and two threads for attaching them. ;) Cutouts for expansion modules.
