Slowly, the fourteenth version of the original color grading software DaVinci Resolve moves to its finalization. The fifth Beta update now provides the support for the playback of video sources with different Frameraten over Decklink and UltraStudio hardware. Also new are the white balance selector for the automatic presetting of color temperature and toning as well as white and black point selectors for automatic color matching. In addition, the Hue-vs-Luma curves and the already introduced facial processing function have been improved. Next there is according to the manufacturer Canon Log 2 support (which one had previously to add by the external Canon LUTs manually). Interesting sounds synonymous of the support for 6K Panasonic GH5 clips, which are compressed in H.265.
