The Hisense 100L8D 4K UltraHD TV is 100 inches or 254 centimeters tall - but it is more of a short-distance beamer with a matt screen, TV tuner and integrated sound system than a classic TV. However, its very high brightness ensures that its image is clearly visible under all lighting conditions - unlike conventional projectors, the room does not need to be darkened.
One advantage of the Hisense over a traditional TV is that it is easier to install - instead of a very heavy flat screen of this size, all you have to do is install a light (and very thin) screen - the actual TV is on the floor in front of it.

Hisense 100 Zoll 4K Laser TV
A proprietary laser source, which should be good for 20,000 operating hours, provides the enormous brightness of 3,000 lumens and extended color space support via Wide Color Gamut (also HDR 10, depending on the source) - enough for many years. The sound is provided by a 110 watt 2.1 channel sound system from Harman Kardon.
Images from external sources can be viewed via the two HDMI inputs - otherwise streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Video, Pandora, TikiLIVE, YouTube and others can be displayed directly on TV via SmartTV apps. The Hisense 100L8D will be shipped in the USA from November 18th at a price of ,999.
