Blackmagic has released the Camera 9.1.2 update, which introduces several new features for Blackmagic&s cinema flagship URSA Cine 12K LF. This update adds additional REST API commands for remote camera control and improves the behavior of focus markers on the screen for first assistant camera operation. Moreover, it provides several enhancements to Blackmagic Cloud functionality. Improvements have also been made to the behavior of high-voltage batteries, playback performance, button lock functionality, and lens support. Additionally, the Blackmagic Camera 9.1.2 update expands support for the Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor (which can also be used with the URSA Cine 12K LF) and DisplayPort monitors. The manual for the URSA Cine 12K LF has also been updated to include a dynamic range chart for the 12K LF. The Ethernet update process has been improved, and a short screen glitch that occurred during startup has been resolved. Blackmagic URSA Cine 12K LF The Blackmagic Camera 9.1.2 update installs the Blackmagic Camera Setup software, which can be used to update the camera. Additionally, the Blackmagic RAW Player, Blackmagic RAW Speed Test, Blackmagic RAW SDK, and Blackmagic RAW plugins are also installed. For users updating from Camera 4.0 or later, it is recommended to export presets and LUTs to a card, as they will be removed during this update. In addition to the Camera update, the new version Blackmagic RAW 4.3.1 has been released, which fixes an issue with Blackmagic RAW playback on some Windows ARM systems and improves SDK stability during concurrent decoding.
