At the Comuptex show, Dell announced several new models of its Precison workstations equipped with the latest processors, Nvidia&s recently introduced GeForce RTX Quadro graphics cards and displays, as well as longer battery life than previous models.
 Dell Precision 7740 The 17.3" Precision 7740 is even more powerful and is e.g. intended for VR and AI applications - it can be equipped with a Nvidia RTX Quadro 5000 or an AMD Radeon Pro GPU. It can be configured with the latest Intel Xeon E or 9th Gen Intel Core 8-Core processors, up to 128 GB ECC-RAM, up to 8TB SSD memory and an UltraSharp UltraHD 4K IGZO display with 100% Adobe color space. Dell&s thinnest and lightest mobile 15" workstation is the Dell Precision 5540, which can be equipped with an Intel Xeon E or 9th Gen Intel Core 8 core processor and a professional graphics card such as an NVIDIA Quadro T2000 (4GB). It has up to 4TB of hard disk space and up to 64GB of RAM and a 15.6-inch InfinityEdge display in a 14-inch chassis that can be configured with either an UltraHD touchscreen with 100% Adobe color space coverage or an OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 color space. More affordable than the mobile workstations are the Dell Precision 3630 and 3431 Tower 3930 rack workstations . The new Dell Precision 3930 1U rack workstation is configurable with Intel Xeon E or 9th Gen Intel Core processor options as well as now up to 128GB of memory and a Nvidia Quadro or AMD Radeon Pro. §DellPrecision3431§ The Dell Precision 3630 and 3431 tower workstations accommodate up to 128GB or 64GB 2666MHz ECC or non-ECC memory. The Precision 3630 offers up to 16GB of video memory with Quadro P5000 graphics - alternatively, an AMD Radeon Pro WX7100 can be used. Prices The mobile workstations Dell Precision 5540, 7540 and 7740 will be from the beginning of July. The starting prices (minimum configuration) start at 1,339, 1,149 and 1,409 dollars respectively.
