Lenovo introduced the new Thinkpad X1 Extreme with 15.6 display at the IFA, the bigger brother of the two 14 inch X1 Yoga and X1 Carbon, which have already been on the market for some time. The larger size allows better cooling and allows for more powerful components (which produce more waste heat). The X1 Extreme notebook can be configured with an Intel Core i7-8850H CPU with 6 cores and 4.30 GHz turbo clock and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti with 4GB GDDR5 memory.
