New Datacolor LightColor Meter measures color temperature, dUV and light

The new Datacolor LightColor Meter measures both the light intensity and color temperature of light sources. This multifunctional device, specifically designed for exposure and color measurement in photography and videography, is intended to be more precise than a camera's automatic white balance mode and to measure all types of lighting, including changing daylight, artificial light, LED, HMI, fluorescent lamps, flash, and more. At the same time, it is more affordable than, for example, the more professional SpectroMeters from Seconic.
Datacolor LightColor Meter
Connected via Bluetooth to the free Datacolor LightColor Meter app (iOS/Android), the device continuously transmits data to a smartphone. Photographers and cinematographers can easily adjust lighting and exposure without having to put down their camera. They can also combine multiple LightColor Meter devices to, for example, consolidate all information on their smartphone in real time during lighting setup at larger events.
Furthermore, the app includes filter libraries from Profoto, LEE, and Rosco, which help users select the correct color correction filters.
