The Canadian battery specialist Shape has introduced new models for its line of Full Play V-Mount batteries. The Shape Mini 50/99/150 Wh V-Mount batteries feature a new compact design, making them easy to stack or store in a case for transport. They are suitable for small or large cameras, monitors, lights, or other pro-video devices. The new batteries also offer integrated USB and DC outputs to power or charge various electronic and mobile devices. The batteries themselves can also be charged via USB-C. The new Shape lithium-ion V-Mount batteries deliver 14.4V and support continuous current depending on the model up to 5, 10, or 15A with a capacity of 3450, 6900, or 10350 mAh. They also feature a new twist D-Tap connector to operate accessories during shooting. The twist D-Tap connector prevents the user from plugging in a D-Tap cable incorrectly and reversing the polarity. ;) Mini 50 Wh V-Mount battery Additionally, the battery has built-in intelligent short circuit protection, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection to prevent overcharging. The battery is made of durable, shock-resistant materials, and the D-Tap & BP connectors are made of high-quality PPS used in the aviation industry. The integrated LCD display shows voltage, current, time, percentage, and battery level. A 1/4"-20 threaded hole at the bottom of the battery can be used for mounting.
