Accessory manufacturer NiSi introduces an extremely wide-angle photo lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras. The 15mm manual focal length with an F4 speed has 10 straight aperture blades and is said to produce very striking "sun stars" when light sources are present in the subject, even with the aperture open. The aperture ring is said to be optionally unclickable.

The optical design includes 12 glass elements in 10 groups, including one aspherical and two ED elements. NiSi specifies the angle of view as 112° (78° APS-C). The minimum focusing distance is 20cm and it seems that the lens is rectilinear (no fisheye distortion). The filter diameter measures 72mm, the optic weighs 470g.
The NiSi 15mm F4 super wide angle is available for Canon RF, Nikon Z as well as Sony E mount, a version for Fujifilm X is to follow. Price: (plus import / delivery from China).
Meanwhile, the cine lenses released in 2018 still don't seem to be available -- they can still only be pre-ordered, and NiSi refers to the current 15mm F4 as its "first camera lens."
