A standard lens with a small f-number for Micro Four Thirds is not so cheap as for APC-S or full-frame sensors in the rule. During 50mm or 35mm F1.8 lenses are sometimes significantly less than 200 euros to buy, there were bright 25mm-MFT lenses previously starting about 500 euros, the Panasonic / Leica 25mm F1.4 here so far defined the standard. The coming straight into the shops Olympus 25mm F1.8 here could bring some movement in the market. While it's not quite so cheap as originally adopted with a list price of 399 euros, but it seems to be roughly equal to 25mm F1.4 on the image quality with the Panasonic / Leica. As the us personally very sympathetic 45mm F1.8, the lens is much more compact and therefore it just for the portable (pocket?)
