Vision Research has introduced a new model of its high-speed camera series Phantom. The Phantom v2640 is the world&s "fastest 4 megapixel camera" and can capture up to 11,750 frames per second in FullHD (1,920 x 1,080) with a color depth of 12 bits or 6,600 images with its full resolution of 2,048 x 1,952 pixels. If you need an even larger slow motion effect, you have to forego resolution: the other recording modes include even more images per second at a lower resolution: 14,740 fps at 1,024 x 976 pixels, 19,690 fps at 1,792 x 720 and 28,760 fps at 640x480 - and 303,460 fps at 1,792 x 8. Phantom v2640 The Phantom v2640 also features a global electronic shutter, high light sensitivity of ISO 16,000D (monochrome) and 3,200D (colour) and a dynamic range of 64 dB. As a fast data interface, the camera uses a 10 Gb Ethernet interface to transfer the images recorded on the 288 GB of internal, fast RAM memory to a computer. As output video format you can choose between Cine, Cine Compressed, Cine RAW, H. 264 MP4, Apple ProRes and other formats. The internal memory is sufficient for 7.8 seconds of recording with 12 bits at the maximum resolution of 2,048 x 1,952.1 and 2 TB CineMag memory cards can also be used for recording. But only with a much lower frame rate, because the maximum pixel rate of a 2TB CineMag memory is only 1 Gigapixel per second, but the internal memory can record 26 Gigapixel per second. As further interfaces the v2640 has two HD-SDI ports as well as a component output for monitoring and via a breakout box also NTSC and PAL outputs. The Phantom v2640 comes without a lens - Nikon lenses can be fitted to the cam via F-mount as standard, and optional lenses with C-mount and Canon EOS mounts can also be connected. more infos at bei www.phantomhighspeed.com deutsche Version dieser Seite: Phantom v2640 Zeitlupenkamera: FullHD mit 11.750 Bilder pro Sekunde |
