Premium Beat gives away 119 Sound Effects for free. (20 for trailers, 10 glitch sounds, 25 explosions (+ 15 free fireball VFX), 30 horror sounds, 15 ambient athmos and 29 computer interface sounds). The only (and really only) condition is not to pass the sounds on as an independent collection. Otherwise, the sound effects can be used for all imaginable applications (including commercial ones, of course).
We did a random sample test and the download worked without any further specification of e-mail addresses or similar data. So the sound effects are definitely fair enough for a hint on our site...
