The new version for Windows brings the following new features include: Untersttzung of interlaced video in the decoder, Nth Pass encoding (use of data analysis of previous Kodierungsdurchlufe), Video Buffer Verifier (improvement of fidelity to the target bitrate ), new API, improved motion estimation algorithm for HD-Auflsungen. Zustzlich some bugs were fixed.
