For many blockbusters, VFX breakdown clips are released -- they are advertising for the film as well as for the VFX forges involved --, but often you only see there how some scenes were composed from different layers, uncommented. More informative is this clip about Black Panther, because here Animation Supervisor Daryl Sawchuk also tells a bit about the approach and the challenges, so that even VFX laymen can do something with it. There is a lot to do with the protagonists´ combat suits, which are often seen, but also some action scenes, for example.
Ultimately, much of what can be seen on Black Panther´s screen is digitally created, even though some elements of what is actually filmed have been attempted ("the best stuff is real"). With the modern CGI techniques, on the other hand, as is emphasized, one finally has all possibilities to realize the fantasy worlds of superhero comics in a cinematic way.
