If the specified Focal, as usual, on the small picture format has been converted, will s.Bildausschnitt change anything. Without this conversion for example, would show a smaller area of the sensor which image? Denk mal nach ...

Yes if the specified Focal is really always specified converted to the small picture format, of course, my question would have done. The size of the sensor would not be relevant for the calculation of image detail. It took me only surprised that it is the following example camcorder with zoom ranges: 5.4 to 108 mm at 1 / 3 ", 3.2 to 32 mm at 1 / 5" and 1.5 to 105 mm at 1 / 8 " . Given the huge differences are just the way I assumed you would have to produce even a reference to the Focal chip size to obtain the real image and size.

Well, you're allowed to take only the optical focal length as a basis for comparison. Many Manufacturer reached by a digital zoom factor once again 3-4.
