hello together,
urgently need your help.
a customer wants a mpeg-4-file in a strange panorama format, whose exact dimensions until now I still could not find it in a 16:9-mpeg-4 converted.
convert in the 16:9 iist s.für no problem, because right and left, and space above and below is what cut off.
The question is now only the following:
with what program can the comic panorama-mpeg4 in a 16:9 mpeg4 format? possible without qualitative loss of course.
the customer's requirements are as follows:
- 16:9 format
- Native resolution: 1366px x 768px
as files in foramte the following question:
- Mpeg4: as mp4 with h.264 codec, with constant bitrate max 8 mbist / s
or
- MWV: wmv file with const max bitrate with 8mbit / s
I have the following programs available:
- Cleaner xl
- Virtual dub
- Liquid chrome cut space
- Tmepg
but it comes hinschwerend add that I am in no cleaner mpeg4 imporiteren can I say it should not be deemed to convert avi and then convert again
secondly, the h.264 codec in cleaner out, there is the possibility to hire retrofit?
it would be wonderful if jmd ne quick solution would be, because the job very urgent.

mittlweile I even experimented a bit and am now standing in the following:
found out that my source material ne resolution of 1280x540 px, so cinemascope. ie the customer wishes to the whole 1366x786px aufzublasen I can not ever meet.
so that the whole but I can still 16:9 format so the change in 12801x720px by getting up and down a couple of black bars hinmache.
now have help with after effects of the cinemascope format in after effects reingeholt there ne new composition created with 1280x720px, the film is loaded inside, rendered as an avi and played.
wonderful, as far so good.
All must now be converted into an mpeg4 be.
have to use the cleaner. Nevertheless, he does not render, although he begins to break, but after a short time again.
to probe I then tried the whole render in 720x432px, lo and behold, since it works smoothly.
why does the program such zig.

For WMV, I always have the Windows Media Encoder. It is relatively fast and the result is synonymous okay.

Then the format changed to 1280x720px and again as avi rausgespielt. ie, the film is already in the correct format before it must only be converted.
as I said, the cleaner makes up for some zig, what other programs because there are still good mp4s create?
