Frage von Dennis75:Hello everybody!
I have accidentally leave much in 16bit with my Mini-DV camcorder recorded. When playing the tape in the device is the sound synonymous perfectly okay!
When transferred to the PC is the soundtrack, however, completely distorted. However, only in the 16-bit Sound Recording.
Has anyone any idea whether we can resolve this problem? I'm working with Pinnacle Studio, which has all 12bit recordings are always super has gone ...
Thank you for your efforts in advance!
Antwort von Akira:
While playing in the camcorder is in order, should the problem with your software (or at the settings in the transmission). Pinnacle know not. Somewhere you can make sound.
Antwort von Schleichmichel:
That was just me ... BTW: Why did you "accidentally" recorded in 16Bit? That is to be preferred.
Antwort von Dennis75:
12bit I have had enough ...
Nja, I thought I already synonymous. But I have something no one bezgl. setting can discover ...
Antwort von Schleichmichel:
Yes, but .... oh no preference.
You have no advantage if you switch to 12Bit. Apart from the fact that the sound is bad and you two (?) Additional tracks for dubbing get (which is rarely used, and especially long s.Calculator is more feasible).
But basically it is really synonymous Wurscht if it does not bother you.

... accidentally much [...] recorded in 16bit. Why the Umschalterei? The best we can see the camcorder to start equal to 16 bit and then forget that you could change at any time.
Some editing programs have problems so that if the sampling rate during sound suddenly changes. Just try a test basis, with the recordings WinDV to capture. Thus, it should work.
