anticipated, the search function here in the forum has been tried without satisfactory result "
until now I have had the original 4 MB Memory Stick for snapshots indoors, has worked perfectly (unfortunately, the 4mb stick after 7 full images) and that was annoying.
Coincidentally, I was today in a media market and had, inter alia, a "Memory Stick PRO Duo" with 1 gigabyte associated adapter (Memory Stick Duo Adapter) were purchased.
Circumstances:
SonyDCR-PC100 (s) purchased 2002
Memory Stick "SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo 1.0GB 'with adapter
Now the problem:
1 GB stick with adapter in the Cam Slot introduced ...... shifter in "Memory" menu under memory stick and "Formatting" is selected in the LCD .........( fast yellow flashing sticks and regular flashing of the red light diodes under the Stickslot ).......... meanwhile he already formatted 2 hours.
Now to the question:
da stimmt doch was nicht?
Supports SonyDCR-PC100 (e) is 1 GB sticks?
Can you stick the PC in the normal format so that the cam recognizes him as formatted?
Can you possibly make a firmware update?

PS: Is it really a 1 GB stick herunterformatieren, so he only has 64 MB capacity? That is not possible, as opposed to IDE hard disks, for older boards have a 32GB jumper.
