Once I was helping letzes time here I thought that maybe she can help me this time synonymous.
My problem:
I have an approximately 3 hours long film, now I have this far if I had such big movies first then exported with TMPGEnc DVD Author burned to a DVD, except it takes to export to me quite long. (Example: 21 hours, 18 hours ...)
So my question is, can you even without exporting to such a long video burn onto a DVD? Magix Video Deluxe indeed provides a focal feature s.The I've tried but not because there is the film may be only 60 minutes long.

We must first find out what is here with "Exporting is" meant. Native DV AVI If you spend, the export should take no longer than 2 hours because there is indeed practically only copied again and not rendered.
If you already exported with the MPEG2 encoding and think your calculator is no longer the fastest one, then the 21 hours would be explainable. That the authoring should then go faster.
Whether it is appropriate s.end to squeeze 3 hours on a DVD, is of from several factors, vsvom noise behavior of the starting material and the quality of the encoder. 3 hours on a disc with 4.4 GB boils down to just over 3 Mbit / sec. There are broadcasting digital television, which with this data rate still quite usable quality - as long as it is noise-studio programs.
Can you briefly describe the settings with what you export "? (What file format comes out s.end?) How long does it take after authoring? How fast / new is your calculator?

Stundner authoring takes 2 at most.

So if the material is bad, I'd put no more than 2 hours on a DVD. In your case, that means's make at least two DVDs.
Now, I wonder, what format the video after reading (actually, yes there is because you are capturing with the WinTV). Is not that synonymous already MPEG2? If this were a DVD compliant material already recorded, you could save yourself later Neucodieren, which would provide a tremendous time saver.
There are a number of interesting freeware programs, with which we can process it directly and without re-encoding MPEG2 (PVAStrumento to demux, MPEG2Schnitt Cuttermaran or cutting, or IFOEdit GUI_DVDauthor) to the authors.

No, the above freeware Programs can only hard cuts. The image content remains unchanged. How this works is, on this Page: http://beitinger.de/sat/dvd_brennen.html (As is true in DVB-recordings, but with your MPEGs, it should work similarly.)
What are you currently doing, is a double conversion: You first encode with the WinTV MPEG2 in real time, but then you decodierst and editing the material into the editing software to encode it, then again in MPEG2. I do not imagine me what s.Qualität been modest given the starting material remains.
Better would be two alternatives:
1) You are encoding the material immediately in DVD quality (if the WinTV can) that, then losing (but on bildverändernde edits, such as fades) and working as of next s.verlustfrei with the freeware programs.
2) You read the material first in a small compressed format (s.besten a DV), edit it on this basis, and only then you encode your finished movie for the first and last time in MPEG2.
You need to read either a DV camcorder with an analog input or a DV converter box.
Somehow I do not synonymous to believe that the Magix software only can output DVD in 60 minutes in length. Are you sure that no one anywhere can change the data rate?

And the ratschlag've followed the scenes to replace the I want to blend with a picture in the bottom timeline, I've got a problem now, after 25 hours of processing now I've got a 7.4 GB large file even though I've replaced just one scene. The source file is 2 GB, please help what is going on

Your approach sounds somewhat aimlessly on. Are you ever in the picture, what resolution did so on your source video data rate of the video card? 2 GB for 3 hours is not much, since I would almost guess that the video a reduced Resolutionhatte. The Magix software compresses everything is new and brings it to a DVD-compatible format, which explains the long synonymous Processing.
Maybe you can with a small piece of the WinTV video capture (would a few seconds), and suffice it available for download or send me by email. Then I could see how the format is structured and whether you can get it at all without re-encoding to DVD.

You can, moreover, long synonymous with VDL burn movies than 2 hours. At the encoder, there's the setting "Data Rate s.Filmlänge Customize" (the point is, at least in spirit as the software was not here). If you click this item, VDL calculated as the bit rate down to fit your movie to a DVD.
