Frage von mat-c:Hi!
I have the following problem: I have video footage as an AVI with 30fps, and it would like to burn a DVD or SVCD. The problem is that when runterrechnen to 25fps images are omitted, making it very jerky when panning. NTSC has j aiegentlich synonymous 30fps as far as I know, but synonymous in NTSC I have the judder. I use Ulead Video Studio 9 - can someone help me?
Thanks & Regards,

No.. 30 to 25 will never look good.

Hello,
NTSC does not work with 30 fps, but with 29.97. Perhaps the Geruckel has to do with it.
I would try a PAL Slowdown, which is the opposite of PAL speedup when MAZt 35 mm (24 fps) video (25 fps). Adobe After Effects example, would be a piece of software with which you can do it.

thanks for the reply! what's the difference of the technology used Ulead? Here, from the source material so synonymous an NTSC DVD is done, but just with the said bucking ...

I remembered something else: the pc is the problem with 30fps video so again and the tv is the synonymous there - it would be a possibility that somehow capture analog video from the pc back on the pc or something? then I would have or even eg NTSC or PAL ... I'll make a fallacy?

what's the difference of the technology used Ulead? In AE is not just of 30 fps scaled down to 25 () with a constant period film, but it will change the frame rate (fps). The recording will run faster or slower accordingly (therefore synonymous "Slowdown" and "speedup"). The quality of the recording remains unchanged and it can not do anything to jerk.
