SketchUp (as the name suggests) is not fine enough in his art of 3D models so dear Maxon, Maya, 3dmax, Blender, Modo, etc.. Maya and Maxon are probably the leading 3D "movie" PROGIS ......
With SketchUp, can look at the matter but a taste is more like a toy ..... the spiziell for his task was created. NEN progi is nice but you can look for films only limited use or garnicht.
Get the Learning Edition of Maya and beginning s.zu learn ...... this is the tool what you are looking for.
