HDV has no 4:3. You need to adjust the camera to DV if absolutely should be 4:3.

Anything goes, as synonymous with a normal camera.
However, I had planned to film in hd and then use the Kovertierung to dv, and that seems to only go with 16:9, which is so synonymous logical, because the recording was only in 16:9 Hd works ....
