The camcorder in Germany so far as I know to take into 50hz. Partially can adjust synonymous 25p. The Television has yet 60hz.

Should one not rather have a 60hz camcorders order from abroad. Then it would be the most 24p Progressive Mode. This in turn is supposed to be the format of the future. Most television will support in the future so smooth playback.

No, the Fersehen in Germany have 50 Hz (PAL). Newer devices that want to adorn themselves with the HD Ready, both 50 Hz than 60 Hz synonymous support.
The situation is different, however, made with LCD computer monitors. These usually run by default with 60Hz. Monitors run a few more synonymous with 50 Hz, and the video driver needs to be synonymous support.
On the notebook which thus looks rather bleak ...
In the forum you will find enough reasons why a 60 Hz camcorder from abroad is not such a good idea.
