The monitor has a video input for which the camcorder a suitable signal. Widespread in small LCDs, for example, would have a composite input (CVBS = "normal video" = "yellow RCA connector).
Furthermore, the monitor is the television standard (s) support by the camcorder output. Here it would be PAL-B / G.
