Frage von Cornelia:Hi!
My question has only s.Rande with this forum to do, but I hope you can help me anyway.
I want a slideshow with images (from digicam photos in JPG format) and tinker wonder whether my pictures for a "Resize" (and anschliessedem Save) again compressed and thus will hinder quality. I think some pictures off the effect to have compression artifacts to be seen? I am currently with XnView.
Is this normal or there are alternative tools or tricks to prevent this, I or me about one?
Thanks s.das forum! Conny.

Yes, the images are re-compressed. But when you can save so for most programs the degree of compression influence. Simply set a better quality one (perhaps the best).
As you shrink the pictures so you, the files are probably not so great, that you no longer know what to do with it.

I am currently with XnView. This is one of my favorite photos programs - JPG is with this software but s.Werk on strong data reduction set. Go to Tools-Options-letter-JPEG and authorized by quality and switch 100 is a "Progressive" s.and "optimize Huffman Table" at.
