I look just a tutorial in which the user has 12 additional Blur:
- Box Blur
- Channel Blur
- Compound Blur
- Directional Blur
- Fast Blur
- Gaussian Blur
- Lens Blur
- Radial Blur
- Reduce Interlace Flicker
- Sharpen
- Smart Blur
- Unsharp Mask
Are the additional plug-ins? Actually, yes or no? Are in the english version somewhere else? Please help:)

They only seem to be somewhere else entirely. What I most search words in German: "blur direction."
