I think in Panas design department has someone hochgeschlafen ...
Plastic-elastic Galore!
SDI out is nice, a better display and manual lens, however, would be 1000x more important (except for Dauerchromakeyer ...)
Time to wait for more precise details, except if the SDI but nothing comes after this is almost a "downgrade" ...
Antwort von Gustl:
Also sclecht net, maybe there the HVX200 will offer on sale!
Antwort von Christian Schmitt:
Hm, the 170 does not umbedingt the successor to the HVX200, lr rather the P2 version of the new 150er ...
Or has the editorial Slashcam an official press release on this?
Antwort von Gustl:
So in the originating post is this big [.. the successor of the Panasonic HVX200 today was on the nab 2008 ...]. The features that look after the works for me as synonymous.
Antwort von Funless:
But it is definitely
not the successor to the HVX200.
The HPX170/171 is parallel to the HVX200 (now since the NAB2008 as HVX200A) produced and offered.
The HPX170/171 becomes the net price of under 6,000 USD, including a P2 s.Herbst and is therefore offered as a direct competitor or challenger to Sony's PMW-EX1 will be positioned.

No, she has just sleep-walk in front again after the latest info from Las Vegas compatriots, the two newly introduced Panasonic cams discovered in 170 the phrase "Building on the success of the AG-HVX200 read and then concluded that it handle to a successor. This is not so, as is now out, the news has been corrected.
An update to the HVX200, but it will actually give in the form of a HVX201A ...

Is it just a misprint or are Cam's synonymous with this model in the EU finally 60p? The press release implies that although only somehow I have my doubts, because otherwise it probably would make little sense of a European and American models present.
The technical data can I find quite interesting, but the design is really grottig.

The press release implies that although only somehow I have my doubts, because otherwise it probably would make little sense of a European and American models present. A good question - is synonymous us a little bit surprised that the press release for the HPX171 (the Euro-model) of 60 fps is talk, and have demanded Panasonic: it is indeed a mistake. Max 50 frames per second will be here again ...
