Hi,
I've heard you can see the HVX with a normal external Firewire disk-operate, so that record .. Have been here in the forum and sought only bisjetzt something of a "Fire Doors" found. This is probably a special device and not a normal firewire disk ..
Is that so?
Are there problems here?
Is it awkward?

Thanks for the thread, I had not yet seen that has ever helped me! But again I need urgent help of you, because we have tomorrow with 4! HVX a concert recording. From distributors in the vicinity, we could now ever 8-8GB chips and 4 * 16 GB chips obtain + 2 * 100 GB Fire Doors and Fire once 60 GB ports. Since the concert is really 2.5 hours but still a long way! We are now 2 cameras in Echtzteit with PCS via firewire external disks incorporated. Is it good for?! What should you consider? Is it easily with FinalCut / awkward?
