I currently run with half Resolutionin AVCHD preview on a Dell laptop with liquid 25 fps. Cutting and editing of AVCHD is not a problem. However, the fastest synonymous variant, which was available as a laptop and apart from the editing program is the part pretty clean.

The notebooks, since you've mentioned are about the CPU performance arg already borderline. With an extremely power-optimized playback software, however, could work. Pity that SpeedEdit with AVCHD is not yet built up. Edius synonymous But I would trust with any of these notebooks AVCHD unnecessary edit pages.
My laptop has a dual-core CPU with two 2.8 GHz. Although this is only minimally more than the above, but at least I have been there so synonymous preview bit so that it runs smoothly. As software I use to Vegas.
