Hi,
I have with the Canon MVX30i a few "movies" taken by the dog on the smart card.
Reason was the quick handling and the small file size.
Should be placed in www.myvideos.de.
The movies are played correctly in all the action and have now been erfolgrech copied to a disk directory.
However, further access is not possible, either on the hard drive, or via USB on the action.
The format is AVI, but neither is the WinAmp, or Windows Media Player is able to open the files, let the Canopus LetsEdit 2:03
WinAmp Bildchirm shows black with the "Nullsoft logo", otherwise nothing.
Windows Media Player says:
Windows Media Player has encountered an unknown error.
>[...] C00D11CD: Unknown error
Let's EDIT says: This file format is not supported.
Windows File Manager provides preview (thumbnail) is einwandfei
Question: What is going on?
How do I get the files?

Hi Olli,
But check with GSpot times what it has with these AVI files on him. The Windows Media Player is the linked file on my PC way back without hesitation.

I once the file with GSpot (grad downloaded, thanks) considered, but can not see anything bad ...

I have the above mentioned codec [1] downloaded and installed, rebooted, but it still does not funzt.
The file is located in both a download container as synonymous in c: \ windows \ system32 \, presumably in car installation.
It does nothing to with the Media Player, WinAmp synonymous with nix?
Has anyone else advice?

Your problem probably lies in this:
"There are numerous variants of the format, some of which are not compatible." (from: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-JPEG)
So, uninstall the codec will not work again (this is how: http://www.codec-download.de/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=7)
and install the latest FFDShow filter, with which it works and tested at least on my box (by avs. script).

I hab 2 Calculator cut to home.
On the one hand, I'm producing with Lets Edit several chapters of a movie as a single AVI files can.
Then I created a DVD with Nero 7 has everything works perfect and it synonymous runs on the DVD player.
Now I have tried to install on my 2 Calculator on the synonymous Nero 7 is there doing the same to be released, drive, and synonymous tried to insert the files into Nero, where he then gave me error that he could not read the file.
Then I'm trying to look clever file with the local media player, with the error message "Codec could not be loaded.
Then I dragged the files to a local drive, but again the errors.
Then I thought, if LE has its own codec and LE synonymous've installed on this calculator.
The result is that now I can watch the video with the Media Player but I can import it into Nero still does not.
Does anybody advice?
Should I convert the files synonymous times in the World Cup format?

Hello anagel,
probably the s.den Merritt DirectShow filter is on your calculator (or the corresponding filter is missing entirely). Liesdazu times http://www.slashcam.de/artikel/Tips/DirectShow-Merrits.html and http://www.netzwelt.de/news/71429_1-erklaert-so-funktionieren-directshowfilter.html.
I would consider views with MediaInfo (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/) the file (s) to determine the exact codec (mpeg-2 or dv-avi?)
Then you can with the RadLight Filter Manager (http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=RadLight_Filter_Manager) the corresponding Nero postmaster Merrit.
