Hi,
I have a clip and should be the person behind a text can go long. The person is moving and is always in front of the text. I would so for each frame ne mask, but that seems to me quite lengthy.
Could someone please look at the jumps as I can do with AE.

If the background is uniform and is colored differently than the person in the foreground, you can room with an easy Color Key. If not, then there holding nothing more than the exempt area frame by frame auszumaskieren. But thou hast certainly already know yourself, or?

Mocha think I can help you since. The thing tracks pretty much everything goes. Coupled with a Colorkey it should do what you want. But it is obviously expensive.
My personal opinion is: craftsmanship. Keep the scene short and no one will notice errors. I have the shooting done in many. It's always about the eye satisfied. How you do it is no preference. Do you basically satisfied with it, nobody sees the error. There are dozens of examples. I can tell you a series of scenes and show you will not notice errors, until I explicitly pointed out you do.
So, make it of hand as much as possible and it will work.
