Tach synonymous,
to play a video in Encore, you must first be able to create a timeline for it, and drag the video in this TL. The TL You can then as a "First Play" checkbox.
Timelines are used to merge video, sound and subtitle tracks. Each video must be in a teaspoon of it so you can play a DVD. Synonymous So if you want a menu of about a video, you link the menu button with) the timeline (or with the chapter point in a timeline to be more precise, and not directly with the video.
