Frage von Svend5:Hello! Encore 2, the test version. Have menus, which I with PS 7 messages have imported. Do I want to open them in Encore comes error message "Internal Error". Will I make a timeline to play, I have sound only for 1 sec then stops Sound off ..... Can someone help me?
Antwort von david2:
I have a similar problem with Encore 1.5. Is really a disaster. I think it is s.der temporary file in the command - editing in Photoshop ... , Is generated. I am a new Encore project and create the Photoshop file as a menu to import (mal sehen ob's klappt).
Unfortunately, this is absolutely annoying, and I thought version 2.0 would be in such a bug's fixed :-(.

So, is there anyone here who can help with? Have now still with Encore 2 the problem that when playing my movie clips, just after the picture remains incomplete, while the sound passes through. or vice versa: Picture runs, sound drops out. Why is that?

Hi,
probably is the light in the kitchen even more .... times in all seriousness with the info you should find your problem? Where does the material since, AV Format, DVavi or mpeg, which is compressed as the menus are created, they correspond to the spec? etc.

Antwort von Svend5:
My movies are good MPEG (Master quality, Canopus Procoder created me). The menus are PSD files in the correct format. Everything works more or less well in Encore 1.0. Only if the trial goes wrong .....
Antwort von Jörg:
Hi,
Canopus has still not managed his Procoder s.APP2.0 to be
fit. There is no binding statement that it eventually may be the case, intimate knowledge of the house there are no synonymous
Movement. So it is no problem of your computer.
Procoder the sale and in turn with the Encore and Premiere built main concept. So you avoid all previous synonymous color problems.

Hm .. so I will not be satisfied ..... My original films come from the Avid and can not be directly imported into Encore .... Canopus is also a professional Transcode program .... even a hint?
