SOLUTION: ready dvd master copy with DVD Shrink
1. open disk
2. backup
3. TADA on the new dvd is a AUDIO_TS folder exists,

Nero (or similar) VideoDVD Project open with VIDEO_TS feed of Encore. If the burning program the AUDIO_TS folder is not created just such a folder in the main directory, so how can he say empty.
Eh is the better option than directly from Encore to burn, because Encore can not verify whether the DVD was burned correctly.
