Who knows it certainly is Adobe. It costs nothing to ask.
I clicked on Creative Cow only one posting in conjunction with Premiere Pro 2.0 and Vista read. When the user is PP does not even start.

In the following discussion it is clear that
Adobe Premier Pro 2 needs admin right's to run for the first time. Maybe this helps someone yes when evaluating.
