would like to know with what properties I have a clip in after effects need to spend so that I when I restore it in avid, there s.monitor no flicker, for example, when the legislation comes.

That depends on what kind of material you want to create ...
Digi Beta (625) and everything that comes through SDI (or goes) has 1st Field.
If there is but one of DVCAM, it is the 2nd Field.
The remaining significant in the world has just the 2nd Field.
This primarily concerns obviously synonymous all DV-based format.
The Avid is absolutely no preference, because your field dominance lay you until the first cut fixed
