well I find the body of the book After Effects 6.5 Premiere Pro, bhv-Verlag, ISBN 3-8266-8128-2, Euro 19.95. There is still a CDRom with templates and trial versions.
Would be a useful complement to recommended bereitgs Adom bhv-Book.
