Hello,
there are in After Effects many targets - such as backgrounds, with a length of exactly 5 sec. which. I find no easy way this time my needs.
Is this possible?
What good to me otherwise backgrounds that are not longer than 5 seconds?

Actually, the solids are always so long as the composition length. If you have a BG in a new composition move, but the longer you can just with the black Pfreil quite right s.Rand, in the Timeline, drag the plane longer.

Thanks for the reply. But as long as synonymous of the clip may be imported (eg 20 sec.) The animation target is after 5 sec. stand.

These brackets or arrows are out of my first well known. In AE CS3, but are not visible. Since there are little black Makierungen. Nothing but power - the length so I can move synonymous.
That does not solve the problem.
The problem: When I take a normal effect animation targets (to include the synonymous Background - presets) setting up, it will be after 5 seconds frozen. This is probably synonymous no wonder the bridge one can see that these requirements animation films with 5 seconds long, are.
Do I like Fractal Noise Effect and imagine any target within this animation effect, the animation ends after 5 seconds.
I have nowhere in the help of a comment on this view.
Of course you can, without these synonymous animation set to work.
Then I ask myself, what are there.

Hi,
may be that the length of the preview is limited. The presets are just.
Create a color, turn the desired backgroundpreset to expand and you can see Effects keyframes. Now change all the desired parameters. Some presets are loops. They can add hintereinder.
Of course, that your RAM is not limited preview
