Frage von kazufis:Hi,
I have a few days before After Effects CS4 installed on the Mac and it has worked well all synonymous. Eventually, however, the program crashes, it no longer opens and displays a window "Unknown Exhibition" at. Then I reinstalled After Effects (repeatedly) but he still shows me "Unknown Exhibition" at. Weiss someone why it happened and After Effects as I can run again?

Rather "Unknown
exception", or?
I am a PC user but I think that the following action synonymous with a Mac could help:
- De-install again all Adobe applications.
- Re-boot your Mac.
- Search for entries that are used to start your Mac Programs, processes, or else in the Adobe environment start and disable them.
- Re-boot your Mac.
- Make a VERY thorough and creative search to your entire hard drive (including system components, etc.) after all, what Adobe, After Effects, CS4, etc synonymous only in the remotest smells and delete the files.
- Re-boot your Mac.
- Let a cleaning tool (something like CCleaner in Windows) your hard drive clean.
- Defragment your hard drive.
- Re-boot your Mac.
- Install a good installation monitoring Uninstall program (something like Total Uninstall in Windows) on your Mac.
- Install the Adobe stuff painstaking new under surveillance by the Uninstall program.
Gehts?
