Hello,
've a question bez. the memory utilization.
When After Effects CS3, I ride high in the start screen is always
Use 4%. of 2.0 GB
Should this mean that AFX actually only 4% of my 2 GB of memory used?
If Yes, how can I get more available?

The 4% is a minimum value and only refer to the main program. Once you have something hinzulädst or Effect eienn use, logically, increasing the memory requirements of alone. AE is a 32bit application and as is clear from mathematical reasons for 4GB layer in the pit in terms of memory addressing. This theoretical maximum is operating from a variety of reasons, once again curtailed. Only on Win XP64 and Vista 64 can use volel 4GB.
