I'm still relatively new to the area and HDV have another question:
I have a couple of scenes in the holiday. These were captured with Vegas and than m2t files. Especially I am now at a certain scene:
If this scene, I watch in WMP, I have consistently synonymous Picture and sound. I use the Import scene in Vegas, I have about 3 seconds after a black picture and the sound is synonymous away. It remains then for the next 10 seconds as synonymous ... I wonder what happened here? Because if I change the file as I said play with WMP, I have consistently Picture and Sound, synonymous in the 10 seconds in Vegas where I only display a black picture ...
If I were in Vegas now several scenes in a file to export (ie without Neukompression (except for the transitions)) appear in the exported file synonymous these scenes in black ...
My question is: Are the dropouts? If so, why are the WMP can not see? Why does it only in Vegas? And why do I get to Vegas 10 seconds nothing appears, because the WMP shows all the information of the missing 10 seconds so synonymous in Vegas are available ... how do I get to Vegas, I like WMP these 10 seconds?

looks to me after a framedrop from the Vegas brings out the clock. Some players react generously, other programs do not. what version of Vegas is used? Do you have the latest version on it?

thank you for the tip, with HDVSplit it actually worked, now everything is OK when recording the 10 seconds are now completely there, no more black Picture ;-)

do you work with or with Vegas Vegas Movie Studio? If you are working with the latter, the latest version is 8.0d.
@ Wolfgang, You have perhaps a line on Sony: I'm still not quite sure but it might be that since the movie studio 8.0d somehow become unstable?
When pulling of several clips in the timeline it is possible that during the "peaks are built up" process, the program just stop. That I had not yet 8.0c.

sony vegas movie studio platinum 8.0d is cleanly installed. and as before the last up, I create my machine is not a cut video in avi, wmv etc formats to render without s.ende only with a black picture (for the full long film) and without a ton to be confronted. I have in the render options s.ende wild rumgespielt, because I know s.meine limits bin.
I use the old partially imported DV material and a lot of new material AVCHD (mts files).
