You need no effect. I can not tell you how it works at Pinnacle, but basically you need to create your text again and the same text in another color drüber set up exactly. Then you can with the help of a mask between two keyframes to mask your text. Using a rectangular mask to the pencil, you can start and target size s.deinen keyframes set, in between then runs the animation. The extent as Pinnacle can work with masks, no idea. Just 2 identical titles - 1x white, 1x blue.
This side by side in the timeline and create a simple wiping orifice of left to right drüber set.
Should Pinnacle can actually synonymous.
