My aim is to provide Foilm to bring a video DVD. Unfortunately, I do not know with which program is the s.besten and how to deal with the formats. For the film, I have the following information:
Picture: 640 x 512
Audio:
Bitrate: 128 kbit / s
Format: Lame MP3
Video:
Data rate: 219 kbit / s
Size: 24 bit
Compression: XVID
Has anyone an idea?

Did it just tried with TMPGEnc. But that does not work because TMPGEnc separate the video file of like to have the audio file. Anyway, I get the error message:
File Name. AVI open "can not, or unsupported
If I want to give it as a video source.

Do you mean the encoder TMPGEnc or TMPGEnc DVD Author program?
In the encoder, you can import modules (VFAPI plug-ins arranged) so that AVI files are read.
(And with TMPGEnc Pros), the Wizard mode and leave under Option-> Environmental Settings-> assign VFAPI plug-in in the plug-ins that may be responsible for AVI, the priorities. With me are DirectShow ... -1, AVI VFW ... -2 And AVI2 (OpenDML) ... To 0. If that does not work, try one of the three höherzustufen than the others.
Also useful is the freeware Gspot. Can you show, with what codecs would try to play the AVI video.

The encoder like I said. The modules with the import has worked. However, I was expecting a different result. Were from 500MB as 378MB. Mpg. This will mean, probably synonymous sacrificing quality.
I really wanted to jump the DVD format have. Just as the name of the program it says synonymous. I've tried with the wizard in the second round then create the DVD. But then the error message: "Could not create the file comes blablabla.m2v"
A program to produce DVD authoring I'm still looking. I'll try just one after the other: vsoDivxToDVD, avi_to_dvd_vcd_svcd_converter
Have only now begun with the issue. Know me, then not enough.

Does the error message along with it? The MPEG2 encoder TMPGEnc part in the sample only works for 30 days. Then you can buy a serial number and the MPEG2 encoder Unlimited unlock.
