I am on the search for an alternative "After Effects" program. All I really need is a program with which I Ramped Slow Motion can create.

To my knowledge they are only relevant programs such as AE, Combustion or Avid systems.
However, Premiere Pro CS3 as the editing program is now synonymous of house. I have not tried yet ... I do this in AE synonymous ...

There was, incidentally Canopus times of a freely available (?) Progrämmlein what exactly should be able to: "Video Doctor Tools" or something like that. Maybe you'll find something on the web.
