Frage von Shalveon:Hi folks,
I have again.
At other Canon XH A1 Owner:
Is it normal that the built-in microphone sits relatively loose?
I can easily move out and her. Between the micro-head and the housing is synonymous a rubber ring.
Have the feeling that part is always relaxed.
Can you remove it, or somehow re-tighten?
The manual was nothing about this?
On the Micro itself, I have not pulled the cam, or even worn out.
Warranty? Not that it means I would have improperly handled the camera.
Any hints would be great. Camera is just few days old.
Again thanks in advance.
Shalveon

Use some of our search function. On the subject, there were already quite a few threads.
Partly, it was probably that it is normal (decoupling). Other service staff felt it should fit snugly.
As I said, the search is guaranteed to help you.

Antwort von vicky:
Had the same problem with the XM's Mirkro can be synonymous, but not so easy.
When I did the stupid thing I sometime just glued to with superglue, and it holds without any problems.
Antwort von Shalveon:
I do not take it amiss.
I have already searched the forum.
Undzwar after loose or loose Microphone Microphone.
Here I was not really a suitable topic.
It is interesting to actually know if I should replace the part, as does the already shaky. For the decoupling should be but the rubber ring and are not part of the relatively shaky draufsitzt.
And before I have something solid stick - not with a new unit, which still has warranty ;-)
Do you have any links to the topic?
Best Regards
Shalveon

Hello Shalveon,
I own the XH A1 has been exactly 1 week, she was picked up in the original packaging. My transport was synonymous flawlessly. Except for the mounting of the lens hood and a few small short recordings (15 min), I have the large part not touched. I have only once intensely involved with the manual and on the network by the sub-researched. Here I am to rise to your notice, what I like in my camera had reviewed - and lo and behold, the Microphone is pretty loose. So, in my view, can do, such as the shaking is not normal. As I said, it is very me through my current slow and cautious movements have not yet noticed. I would be happy times interested in what you support the Canon has.

Deutsches Manual 140th Page
1. Camera to card menu to switch (right side camcorders, small slide switch)
2. On "VCR / Play" on
3. In the "System Setup" in the firmware version read, for me there is gray background: FIRMWARE 1.0.0.0
In the summer there was the version 1.1, Canon wanted but not on my XH A1 restore (lt. rumors there was something s.Autofokus optimized)
